When I lost all my weight before I gave up and changed my goal weight too, I looked and felt great with the extra few pounds. If ur happy where u r then don’t sweat it

My doctor wrote the note raising my goal weight 10lbs. Important if you want lifetime status.

@menderes what’s lifetime status mean?

@nard, I have been a lifetime member of Weight Watchers since the 70s. As long as you stay within 2lbs of goal and attend at least 1 meeting a month, you attend meetings for free. The whole idea is to get to goal and become a lifetime member so you don’t have to pay any longer. I assume the new WW still offers this.?

@menderes oh right! Wish I had known that before! If I had, I wouldn’t be paying now! Oh well, I know this time, I will get to my goal and stick with it! Well done for sticking with it so long!

@nard, I am currently 20lbs up from my goal, so like all of us, it’s a struggle for me. But it’s the journey that is important, one day at a time.

@nard try to change up your routine on a weekly basis. I lost my last 10 lbs that way i. e. getting on treadmill twice a day instead of once, change something in your eating(just 1 thing) a week, drunk more water, do stairs instead of walking etc. good luck!

I actually changed my goal the second time. I figured if I could run 15k maybe the number wasn’t an issue.

I also chose green to finish my weight loss and get to goal More accountable. Better measurements of portion size Increased water. Cut down salt intake and lower carbs. It worked! Life time since February.
