Ok. where are my early AM workout people?Ok. where are my early AM workout people? ☀️ All week, I’ve been saying I’m going to get up at 5:00 AM to workout and it hasn’t happened yet. I’ve done AM workouts in the past(so I know it’s possible)- just have to commit! I’ve been working out at night instead, so I haven’t been skipping. But, I rather be doing other things at night. FYI- I work out at home. not a gym. For those of you who successfully work out early in the AM. what are your go-to tips, tricks, positive self talk, or inspiration that gets you out of bed and working out?! Thanks in advance! Update: I did it! Thanks for all the inspiration everyone! I woke up at 5:00 & did a tough 30 min PopSugar Cardio Workout! Now, I feel energized & awake!
