I lost 3 lbs the first week. About 2 lbs each week, sometimes only 1, some none. I went from 190 to 155 in about 8 months. Have been going down and up the same 2 lbs for the last 6 sixs months.

I started off at 160 and my own goal was to get below 150. I reached 145 in a little over 3 months. I am on blue. I do go up a bit to 148 but then get more diligent and get within 2 pounds. It's a struggle but WW is doable.

I'm 52, on green, started last week of Jan. 1/27. Down 14. 5 lbs. I was down 10 lbs 1st month. I am an emotional eater and keeping it off and going down during this pandemic each month is a plus. I have been far from perfect though, so super satisfied. It could of been more, but it is what it is.

I started 3 weeks ago and have lost 12 lbs so far. I’m following blue and religiously weighing all portions. So for example if I have 2 bananas I will point the 2nd despite them being ‘free’. I am also trying to walk 10km everyday. I’m 5’2” and started at 181lbs.

Thanks for posting this because I’m in that range and it’s a struggle. It took me 4 months last year to go from 170-145 but then I gained it back and I’m trying again (and it’s sooo much harder this time) thanks for the inspiration from all the comments
