I understand that we are ALL here to lose weight, feel better about ourselves, learn to live a healthier lifestyle. but can I PLEASE say there is no magic wand? To make it work, YOU have to put in the work. Water, eating better, staying within your points, exercise (you don’t need to go all out, either). If you have a bad day, leave it at that. If you have a bad MEAL, leave it at that. Most of all? Do what works for YOU. What works for me (plan, food, exercise. ) may not work for the next person. There’s no secret. No special potion. No “sure-fire” way to immediately lose 15 lbs. Just do you, ask for help if/when you need it, don’t get down on yourself and have fun! This is a LIFESTYLE change. Not a diet. ❤️❤️❤️
