Blue gives me the most choices- I cannot make a suggestion to you though as I do not know what your eating habits are like. Best wishes I. Your journey !

I like blue but it’s what I’m used to. It was the most recent ww plan before they split into 3 into choices

I just joined about a month ago. I did blue for one month and now I’m doing green for one month. I want to see which gives me better results.

This is my first week on green. Going to give it a full month and see which gives me better results. I can tell you with 100% certainty that purple isn’t a good option for me. So we shall see. I lost 6lbs exactly my first month on blue.

If you're thinking about trying blue, try it! But give it at least 2 weeks. If you don't like it after 2 weeks, switch back to green.

@hasa85 I was on blue, and wanted to try purple. I did it for 2 weeks, but found I wasn't eating that many "purple only" zero point foods, so I switched back. You may feel the same way going from green to blue. But you won't know till you try. Good luck!

For me, green allows me more points to eat what I want. Blue allows me more zero point foods so I know what I can eat without checking. I just switched to Green this past week and lost. I was stuck at the same weight on Blue. I think Green has allowed me to reset, being more accountable with tracking, like a mental thing, but it's working as if it's a whole new approach/program. With a try, but if you're comfortable with Blue and are losing.

You have to find what works best for you. Everyone is different what works for me might not for you. In the beginning I think we just have to play detective try different things keep what works move on from the things that don’t. Try it out and see what happens. But like someone said above give it a couple of weeks before deciding. Best of luck.

@hasa85 no they didn’t come out with all these colors til about 1 1/2 years after I made lifetime but the blue plan is the old freestyle plan I lost my weight on freestyle and have kept it off

@rondelet the lowest for blue is 23 it all depends on you height weight age etc. when you reach lifetime and on maintenance they tell you to increase your points by a few but I did that and started gaining so I just went back to the 23

I am on Green because it is basically the program I lost weight on several “tries” ago. I don’t mind tracking, never have. Tried Blue when it was first introduced as the new and improved program a couple of years ago, but it has too much freedom. I know zero point foods have calories and that WW assumes people will know when to stop eating them, but I basically plateaued on Blue. And, I need to be careful with carbs so the higher point count on Green keeps me accountable.

I was on Blue and switched to Green then switched back! I made the first change because I had stuck on a plateau and people said Green kept them more accountable. But it didn’t work for me - mainly because I don’t really eat meat, so all I was really getting was more points. I like Blue better, overall.

I was on green for awhile and got stuck so I switched to purple. It was a plateau buster for me. ;) Hardest part is controlling the portions of free food but for now, I am feeling more freedom. You got this!

You will do great with any of the plans. WW is trying to give people choices and it gets hard to decide which plan works for you. They all work. You just have to be content with what color you pick and stick with it. Good Luck.
