For me, green allows me more points to eat what I want. Blue allows me more zero point foods so I know what I can eat without checking. I just switched to Green this past week and lost. I was stuck at the same weight on Blue. I think Green has allowed me to reset, being more accountable with tracking, like a mental thing, but it's working as if it's a whole new approach/program.
