Yes! I plateaued for weeks couldn't figure out why, then I started weighing my chicken and turkey. You would be surprised how many calories are in them. Just started to cut diwn on serving size, 3-4 ounces instead of the whole cutlet. My belly didn't complain, I would eat more if I was hungry, and the scale started moving again. Just trying to be more aware of how much I need versus how much I want. Can't wait for workshops to open because I think I hit the 100 pound down mark, but want the WW scale to confirm it!
