I wanted to have nuts in my yogurt this morning but 5 points for 21 pieces? I wouldn’t have enough points leftover for dinner! Scraped them off my yogurt. I love nuts!

One of the things I have started doing is playing with my points. If 21 is 5, I’ll see how many 10 are. That way I still have them and not feel deprived. Or not sure you have weekly points but that may be something you use them on. It’s healthy.

You can have a TBS of great value dried cranberries and honey roasted almonds for one point (if you like cranberries) It adds a nice crunch!

Can’t you have half a serving of nuts? I compromise to still eat what I like.

- I've learned to add other zero point items to fill up. I found I was actually eating more once I started WW and learned the system.

Same- 21 pieces is a lot, but 10 crushed up and stretched with fruit makes a huge difference. Very filling .
