I'm going to be a little different. but keep in mind I don't eat red meat unless it is venison. But I have found and love ground chicken. Never tried it until everyone was wiping out the chicken breasts in the stores. I THINK it is even better than ground turkey. I find it hard to get the 99% fat free ground turkey where I live. its hit or miss. but the ground chicken is always 99% fat free!

@buddhi4 Thank you. I’ve not seen those in Texas and nothing came up on my grocery store’s app.

These are very good, but be careful with them. A fellow WW lady would get these and eventually eat the entire bag. I told her to bring out her food scale and find out what the weight is of a serving. Instead of counting out 28 I always found it difficult counting broken pieces. LOL! But I told her to find out the weight and measure a serving and then put in snack size ziplock bags. She did much better after that.

Chicken, veggies, ole tortillas, taco seasoning, ff refried beans, black beans, SR flour, FF plain greek, lowfat vanilla greek yogurt, pizza sauce, FF mozz cheese, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, salad, eggs, bacon, baked cheetos, quest bars. These are all my go to items.
by (5.4k points)
I agree with all of this. And I get the Fage 0% plain greek yogurt and then I have several flavors of Jordan's Skinny Syrup. Add that to the yogurt and then my yogurt is 0 pts.
by (970 points)
@linc7015 Fage is what I use too! I love it!
by (5.4k points)
@dicot I add those syrups and I don't have to buy any flavoried yogurt. And like you, I keep a supply of cans of refried black beans. They are usually FF.
by (970 points)
@linc7015 I also love the adding fruit and spoon of whip cream. It makes luscious whipped dessert. So good!

And I live in the heart of peach country so I have been eating lots of fresh peaches. But I take frozen peaches (when I don't have fresh) about 2 bags. put in bowl and add peach flavor Jordan's Skinny Syrup--about 2 tbsp, about 2 tbsp of Splenda brown sugar, cinnamon and sometimes some vanilla or almond flavoring. I let that sit an hour or so. Keep stirring up to get juice. Then I add one tub of the WW Orange Cranberry instant oatmeal. Stir that in. Then pour in an 8 x 8 pan. Bake for about 45 mins at 350. It is an amazing peach crisp bake. Great with ff whip cream.
