No. No. No. listen to your body. If you eat a lot of 0 point food and find yourself not hungry at the end of the day, don’t eat. If you feel the need to snack at 10 because you are starving, eat then!

Try to eat most of your points - or at least until you get a blue dot on the app. But if you have a day with loads of leftovers, no biggie.

The Healthy Eating Zone is a range of up to 10-13 points less than your daily points (depending on Plan) and up to 8 points over. This gets you the blue dot  (or green or purple) for the day in the app and is the range for optimal weight loss

I also keep track of the calories I have eaten. If my calorie intake is too low then I would try to eat something else. This works for me.

If you have 15 points left you are not eating the correct foods, and abusing zero point foods. Zero point foods are not meant to be your main dish, but to supplement healthy choices so you don't feel hungry. Base each meal around a lean protein, and veggies I Try to make each meal around 8 points, then use the extra points for snacks, and or treats. If I made bad choices through out the day, you can have a low point dinner, and still be ok. By eating all your points, you are doing 2 things getting the proper nutrition for the day, and eating enough calories for healthy weight loss. Not eating enough will stall your loss, and without getting proper nutrition will lead to other physical issues.
