Premier protein is a good start, add ice and blend. they have vanilla, chocolate, caramel, strawberry and banana . 2pts

I do Premier protein and add pb2 to it bleats with ice and it holds me over to lunch!

I use Big Train low carb vanilla latte or mocha mix as a base, add almond milk, protein powder, stevia, ice, and other add-ons based on the flavor I want, like matcha, frozen fruit, cocoa powder, PB2, etc. Keeps me full until lunch!
