Omg!  Completely frustrated!Omg! Completely frustrated! On a strong Antibiotic for ear infection. Figured I’d get a FF vanilla yogurt w probiotics, etc. I nearly died when I saw it’s NINE POINTS for not even one cup?! I CANNOT eat a thing like Okios Triple Zero or anything w Chicory Root, etc. gives me major gastrointestinal issues. Sometimes I feel like I’m in a rock in a hard place. Second guessing WW lately. ☹️

That happened to me with the greek yogurt I was using. I just used my scanner and found that fage was the lowest. I sweeten mine with a couple tablespoons of sugar free pudding mix and fruit.

@tove I feel guilty about fried foods. Take out. Pizza. Things I know are unhealthy but eat anyway. I don’t feel guilty about a spray of olive oil or a handful of nuts or a few slices of avocado I added to a salad. U will find what works for you and what doesn’t. Just keep at it! It’s about learning your body and developing better eating habits ❤️

@tove whenever I’m prescribed a strong antibiotic I request an Rx for Diflucan as well. One pill second day of taking antibiotic and never have an issue.

@hg4883 Diflucan is prescribed so women don’t get a yeast infection. Doesn’t have any effect in the gastrointestinal system.

Don't give up. If you quite WW over the 9 points you will still eat the 9 points and not lose the weight. Try a pill instead or eat it and lots of low and 0 points for the rest of the day.

Blue only allows Greek fat free yogurt for 0 points. I found fage had best taste. In fact I could use it in place of sour cream. It’s low point on green also

I recommend you take a probiotic while on antibiotics. A good one has multiple strains of bacteria and billions of strains per bacteria.

My pediatrician used to recommend acidophilus for my son who had trouble w antibiotics. You can buy at health food store or Whole Foods.

I’m on antibiotics as well and need to eat yogurt as well. I use the activia light for 3 points and it has probiotics. I also take probiotic supplements

I had trouble with this also. Honestly, I put a drop of vanilla extract in plain yogurt with a drizzle of honey. But if that ff vanilla yogurt is the best for you to get the probiotics eat it anyway while taking meds. Don't stress the points. Once you're better then start tracking in a more regimented way.

I just buy the full Greek yogurt and add sugar free coffee syrups, I. e. skinny girl, or put stevia with a little vanilla extract.

@chamkis I think the winning answer is just to use a little honey or put some Stevia in it because I can’t handle Stevia as a sugar alternative. But that’s about it

Whatever works for each individual, I fortunately am not affected by the Stevia, maybe because I have been using sweeteners for so many years.

@tove I’m not going to knock WW but I started my diet and eating heathy food low carbs no fat drinking nothing but flavored water I go to my doctor once a month and go for blood work every other month to make sure my levels are where they should be I started my diet June 20 2019 and on @knucklebone 17 I had lost 101 lbs in 7 months sometimes you have to do what you think is best for you everyone is different

There is nothing to second guess. You need to determine how you want to use your points. I try to eat my points as healthy as possible.
