Cauliflower pizza crust, veggies, chicken including the or roasters (I use the left overs to put on salad), fish, Kirkland chicken and tuna fish in the can make salad or crackers.

V8 in the can (lunch box size) stick them in your frig to get cool. depending on the Costco they have mini crustfree quiche (the points but shouldn't be that much for the mini ones)
