I am currently on the green plan because I felt I needed the accountability of points. I seem to eat too much when there are zero point foods. I am always hungry though and am thinking of trying blue. Any thoughts?

I started our with blue last March. Switched to green in November then switched back to blue a few weeks ago when I wasn’t seeing progress with the green plan. Try switching it up. You can always go back!

What do you normally eat in a day? Just wondering if you’re eating enough of your points?

@eudo798 add some carbs to your diet. And be sure to eat at least 3 meals a day. You’ve got to trust the system!

I am on blue and really like the flexibility on the blue plan.

I like blue. But I don’t think of zero point food as “free”. I track them and eat the proper serving size. The zero point foods help me as part of my eating plan but I don’t only eat them and I don’t eat them mindlessly or with no regard to portions. And the reality is, you are better off eating more of the nutrient dense zero point foods than eating tons of empty calorie type snacks.

Snacking way to much for me! If you look back at your month you can see!

I’ve lost 185lbs on blue in about a year and a half. I refuse to switch! Haha. You have to be mindful still, but I think that goes for any plan.

Track and measure everything even the zero point foods.
