I have. keto can be really good if its done right and in a healthy way (not ALL bacon and fatty beef). but I would get alot of anxiety wondering if i had fallen out ketosis every single day :( and i really missed sweets. I did eat really healthy, and it was definitely eye opening. But i am finding WW so liberating. I have zero guilt now, on my cheat days. i get to enjoy a ton of zero point foods, and have my cake and wine on the weekend cheat day :) 10 lbs down in my first 4 weeks.
