It seems Smart Ones is higher in points now, esp for Green. I love the SanteFe Rice and Beans, but it’s 8 points. And a small portion. Not very filling.

Lean cuisines are my choice. Smart ones don’t compare in taste. I miss the desserts!

Some of them are very tasty but most are definitely high in sodium.

I think it's best to make your own meals instead of frozen meals

Yes. Watch the sodium. Scan for points.

@chinoiserie you do you! I do eat Lean Cuisine and Smart Ones for lunch and when I am in a bind. I hate to cook. Some of them taste good. We all do our journey different and you do what works for you. :)

Several different brands; don’t have to be Smart Ones. All can be calculated.

Yes, but I believe WW is no longer aligned with Smart Ones. You’d be better off batch cooking so you’re in control and then freezing in portions.

Yes, there are all kinds of frozen meals out there now. Just bring your phone and scan them. It will tell you how many points they are. I dont' care much for most of the Smart Ones. And they aren't really associated with WW anymore.

Yes they do. I bought 3 the other week. VERY not happy. Even on sale, they seemed expensive. Portions seemed small. Taste was just so-so, and I was awfully surprised at the points. (these were WW, ones) I prefer Atkins I'll not be buying WW frozen meals, again, any time soon.

My favorite frozen item is the reduced guilt mac & cheese from Trader Joe’s. It’s delicious.

Most are high on points for what you get

Very small portions and not as tasty as using Skinny Taste recipes. They’re simple and easy to make and the points are already converted for you

Yes. They are now called Smart Ones. Be sure you scan the UPC to get accurate points. My fav is the roasted turkey and mashed potatoes. Not quite as good as it used to be but only 4 points on blue
