Every morning I eat 2 egg whites a tablespoon of ham, table spoon of shredded cheese. How many points? How can I make it healthier?

U can get Canadian Bacon (Just like ham) 20 calories a slice. Its a lot more than a tablespoon

Sauté a bunch of onions mushrooms and red yellow & orange peppers in a non stick pan - store in fridge for the whole week to add to scrambled eggs and and side dish or topping for all kinds of lunches and dinners - chicken fajita- tacos - you can eat then lettuce leaves if you don’t want or have the points for the carb balance taco shells

@allogamy The frozen bags of pepper and onions is great for eggs. Birdseye is one brand.

Always keep a bunch of cooked chicken breasts in your fridge for the week you can make all kinds of stuff with it

My regular weekly breakfast is similar. I do 3 eggs, fresh pico de gallo from the produce section, and shredded cheese. I’ll have a piece of high fiber, whole grain toast and some sort of fruit. The whole thing is 4 points.

I take the same ingredients and wrap it in an Ole Extreme Tortilla shell (1point) and have a breakfast burrito.

I would cook down some veggies before adding in the eggs and ham. My person favorites are bell peppers, onions, spinach, mushrooms and chopped broccoli. Chopping them in advance really helps me.

I chop up peppers onion with my ham and eggs they top with home made salsa

Shoprite brand lite english muffins are the lowest pt muffins I have found. They're 2 points for a whole muffin!

Add veggies. Skip the ham. I do egg whites spinach tomato sometimes peppers and a sprinkle of feta.
