I am on the green plan. What plan are you on and what is your favorite part about the plan? I am doing ok on the green and this is only my third week. I wanted to give it at least a month or so before I decide if I should try a different plan.

Love purple as mostly eat fruit and vegetables, fish and chicken. Am 68, lifetime since 2008, don't deny myself any food I want, make healthy choices, drink plenty of water and exercise.

Thank you for this info. I have been on green for 3 weeks and have lost about 5 lbs. I am waiting to see how I do for the next few weeks before trying another plan.

I am 72 and on Purple. I joined last fall and could not loose on that plan. I have been on Purple for three weeks and am down 10 pounds. I am very satisfied and find I am eating and snacking far less, With potatoes, pasta, brown rice on the program I feel I am learning maintenance on the way.

I am on my third week of the green plan also, I'm still trying to navigate the digital world, I get frustrated with it sometimes but, I really need to stick with it, I've been here before. There have been sooo many birthdays since I started & I love cake

I am on blue plan , i think they recommend to try for at least two weeks before switching . Good luck !

I was on green for a month and did well but felt like I had too many points and could still make bad choices so I switched to blue today. I’ll give it a try for a month and see how I do. I did blue or what was comparable to blue two years ago and did well on it.

just completed 7lb in 5 weeks. not brilliant compared with some members, but i’m over the moon. i’m not the best weightwatcher, and i manipulate weigh ins and week start dates to suit me, but every loss is a step in the right direction. green works because i have lots of points for chocolate, alcohol, biscuits, cakes, pies etc. oh, and i have no self control or portion control!
