Does anyone else have this problem. you lose and the next few weeks I stay the same and then lose some more and then stay the same for a few weeks and lose some more.?

Me - been very slow last 6 months but have lost inches and have managed to keep it off - and I still enjoy weekends

Yes! So frustrating but just when you begin to wonder if it is worth it you loose a few more so you keep trying.

Yup! It is very frustrating, but I try it is very frustrating, but I try Keep to my point and know that it will come off with time. Hang in there! You got this!

To me— our bodies are adjusting to a new health my lifestyle. I keep on tracking & excited for every pound I loose slowly — I didn’t get all these extra pounds in a matter of weeks so I’m patient.

. but you ARE LOSING! Did you perhaps pray for patience, because I think the Lord is teaching you patience .
