Is this an authorized ARLO phone number? 1-888-988-3788 or not? I am having a hard time signing into ARLO on my computer. I looked for another way to sign in and got a webpage saying it was ARLO with this phone number. I called and then disconnected before anyone answered the phone and then my phone rang and someone named Shawn said he was returning my call. Is he from ARLO? I don't know. He asked too many questions which I did not answer. I just want to be able to sign into my ARLO cameras from my pc and have not been able to for weeks now. Using Chrome and Internet explorer.

No. Do not ring that number or pay any money

I can't log in at all now on any device. I changed my password, but when I log in now, it wants me to add device. The webpage I originally found was an ARLO setup page and when I entered my info, it immediately said that I was locked out. Will try in 24 hours.

Only go to my. arlo. com to log in. If you log in and there are no devices, do a factory reset of your base station. Then add the base station to your account. Then sync each camera

Thank you. Kind of scary that a website that says ARLO can do something like this. I imagine this person wanted to, as you say, set up my cameras for money and did something to my account at the same time.

There are fake support sites popping up all the time wanting you to pay for support advice. Arlo actively gets them removed as quick as they can but the scammers are relentless and new ones pop up all the time

What happens when you try to log on from pc browser?

@on6300 nothing. The log in just grey's out and does not do anything.

@jeane9 have you tried a different browser maybe brave, firefox or edge?

@on6300 not yet. But why do we need to use all if these different browsers just to see our cameras?

@jeane9 you shouldn't but could be issue with browser setup on your pc. Make sure flash is enabled on browse in order to see cams on pc.

It's been working ok for years. but now it's not. Can't even get as far as the flash anymore. Can't get past the grey log in. Cleared cache and history, etc. Don't know what would have changed within the last month. Maybe a virus. ha.

Send a PM to, Arlo Smart Home, they helped me when I had problems. I had emails and phone calls from them and they sorted everything out.
