Question

Any tips or tricks on camera recognition? I have one set up for my front yard/side walk and it rarely catches object/ppl going by. It’s within range as well. My camera on the other side of my driveway (twice the distance) is at the same angle and height and will pick up movement in that area. I’ve tried switching cameras and that didn’t help.

The movement would be side to side as they’re walking past my house. And yes, it is angled down from the peak.

Side to side movement is known to be triggers for these cameras instead of head on or going away movement.

The cameras are best at side to side motion are you positive that you don't have it pointed to straight on ? Also have you played with the sensitivity of the camera?
