Hello- is it normal that my camera battery only lost like a day or so? I feel like the constant motion is making the battery die. Is there away to turn off the motion? I have the Arlo pro, and just bought them a month ago in amazon. I’m debating if I should return them or not.

We had the same issue. Started happenign after we placed the new trampoline next to it (no other place to put the tramp) the mesh net blocked some of the view. We ended up moving the camera and as a result got a better vieweing angle

We have one camera that picks up the least motion and is dying constantly. Poor battery quality I think

@franklinfranklinite the other cameras need charged about every 3 weeks. When we purchased it we specifically asked how often it would need charged and we were told in high traffic areas once every 3 months. we dont have them in high traffic areas so that was very false info.
