Question

Feel so defeated, husband got a new job in another state. He moved out there February 2 and we stayed behind til the school year is done. He/we would love to have him come out once a month but flights are crazy expensive. I could use our some of our tax return but that is our 1000 EF. Any other extra money is going into housing/moving. Do we NOT see each other for three months or should we use that 1000 dollars?

Try checking one way tickets idk if ur near any other airports too sorry it’s hard to be in different states

3 months without your husband sounds terrible. I would spend the money to see him.

We’re military so 3 months is nothing to me when I’ve been away from my husband for over 12 months at a time. He’s had 5 deployments, longest was 18 months and shortest was 10, he leaves often for weeks-3months regularly. Three months is a jump and a skip away. You’ve started this journey so stay on it. That money has a job that you’ve given it already. It hurts, it sucks, but you will be just fine. FaceTime and talk/text a lot. In three months when you’re all back together you will be glad you stayed on your path to financial freedom.

I can't back this one! Save your money. #USARMY deployments suck but it's a part of our lives. It's 3 months, that's easy!
