How would you handle this: I took a debt consolidation loan last year to pay off all my credit cards. Or so I thought. Turns out they didn’t roll in one card because it was under a 500 balance. A year later I just got a call from a debt collector to collect payment. Should I negotiate a lower payoff balance? Or just pay the 421? I can afford to pay the 421, even though it delays my debt snowball. grr. Thanks in advance for the advice.

I would pay it since technically it is part of your debt snowball
