Ok friends.  Talk to me about grocery shopping - specifically price comparison.Ok friends. Talk to me about grocery shopping - specifically price comparison. I buy what I can at Aldi, but my Aldi's produce sucks. And we are foodie's that like good quality healthy food. So I buy the basics at Aldi but then end up at Kroger for the produce and specialty stuff Aldi doesn't carry. How do I easily price compare? Especially on produce and meats, etc. I. e. make sure I'm getting a good deal. I work full time and have a 3 year old. I don't have time to read ad's, take notes, etc. Are there any app's that do this for me? I want to be able to type in broccoli or chicken and find out where I can get it the cheapest. Does this exist? Example: Kroger has broccoli on sale for 1. 39 / lb and Publix has it for 1. 49 / lb. etc. Steak is ____ at Kroger but on a big sale at Publix for ____, etc. At this point, I'd settle for just knowing what a good price is for chicken, etc. So I at least know I'm getting a decent price.

I never buy chicken if it's over 1. 99 a pound. Save alot has it for 1. 49 a pound right now. Boneless skinless breast

My husband and I are sitting down right now working on figuring out how to save on groceries. We are comparing Costco and samsclub and finding buying in bulk is way cheaper. Now to save enough money to do a big shopping trip so we don’t have to go shopping every week.

Idk if this will save you time, but I shop at Aldi and Kroger also. I use the Kroger app and add what I need to my cart (as if I was doing a grocery pick up order). It shows me any digital coupons I can add to my card and also whatever is on sale. I print the list out and head to Aldi first. If I can get it at Aldi for less I do, then head to Kroger for the rest. It has really reduced our grocery budget and we have found a lot of things we really like at Aldi. They have had great bananas and blueberries for 1. 39/pint. We also get milk and eggs there and often cheese, ricotta cheese. But it’s hard to beat those Kroger buy 5 save $5 or the Friday/Saturday only deals.

My Aldis product sucks too! I have read that if you order for pickup that the produce is better “quality” have you thought about using pick up service from your local store?
