What’s a good CPL for a gym? I’m hovering between $19-$23 per lead. The offer is to try the gym for a week. Guaranteed results or money back. It’s similar to a cross fit gym. I’m getting on average one lead a day with a $25 per day ad spend

You’re not spending enough and it’s going to vary by the market I’m in a higher cost market and when I have a good offer + copy + marketing I find -free offers are $10-15 per lead -non free offers are $20-30 per lead You should be spending $150-300 per day But this also depends on your CPA (cost per acquisition) which you will learn from a committed process at this kind of daily spend after a month or so We always try to profit on the front end and at least cover our CPA which can be $150-300 depending on the offer

@sylviasylviculture5 nope, even if you’re in a super cheap market, you’ll be lucky to get full contact leads for around $5 That’s means 5 leads per day If you signup 10% of your leads in this best case scenario, that’s 15 new enrollments per month

Is this even close to your goal for acquisition? I'd send people into a chat bot to educate them on the facility and schedule a time to talk to a personal trainer. Give them photos and options to pick a trainer. Follow up with them in the chatbot.

Guaranteed results in a week? That right there is turning people away. No one gets worth results in a week. I think your cost to acquire leads need to go way down.

@bowler gyms are simple. Create 2 ad creatives. 1 speaking directly to women & the other directly to men Headline like this works time & time again ⭐️ATTENTION WOMEN IN LAS VEGAS⭐️ Then go into offer details. Also, copy is way too long for a free gym offer. Short & straight to point. Scale whichever gender does better, typically women

How do you get guaranteed results from a gym? If you take selfies in the gym for a whole week you might only get full memory of the phone. That is the only guaranted results.

Free offers should be no more than $10 / lead

Not here to say which method is better than the other. I will tell you though what I’m doing and the results. Currently operating on a gym client in Florida. I’m running an offer of a “free 7 day pass”. After testing different LLA’s, my best-performing one is getting leads for $3 or less. Currently spending only $10-$15 daily.

@sylviasylviculture5 100% can do! But heads up, I charge about $75 an hour for consulting (this would fall under that ).

For most gyms I'd say try to get below $10. Maybe a little higher if you're working with a luxury athletic club type gym like Lifetime.
