I created a FB video ad which has generated 10k views, 120 likes, and 23 shares. I also created a custom audience "people who engaged with a post or ad on my page" and lookalike for this audience. Now I am trying to create an ad for this audience and facebook says my ad could reach only 50 people. Why is that happening?
