Can someone help me understand why I can only access one pixel when trying to create an ad? We have two pixels — one on Kartra, one on the main site. But I cannot select any other options than the pixel attached to Kartra. Obviously I'm doing something wrong, but I have no idea what. Any insights in this group?

Are you sure you're not just using the same pixel but in 2 different places. that would make more sense.

Have you shared that pixel with the ad account you are trying to launch an ad?

I'm not sure what you mean. It's set up and data is firing. Just no option to select it when creating an ad
