Any good idea to exclude low credit score leads from facebook leads? (Target audience is US). I tried lookalikes and excluded "bad credit", "quicken loan" and interests like that but nothing works for me. Tried high income zip codes too but no success  . really looking for help in this regard.

Run ads in local areas. “Sign up to receive a monthly hot sheet of owner financing homes in the X town area” Most folks with poor credit will sign up I’ve done something very similar with real estate leads and gotten them sub . 10 per lead
