I can range from 1. 5 to 50. It more depends on the product and volume. High volume can have lower roas etc.

Whatever answer you get isn't gonna matter because it doesn't change just passed off if country. I can run the exact same ad 1 mile apart from each other and get completely different numbers. You gotta figure out your numbers for the areas you're marketing in.

This is the matter of economy. In some countries ROAS success differs in the same nieches. That's why I'm asking it.

ROAS depends on your business not country
by (2.8k points)
True. Ok. When I'm selling furniture in this country ROAS 8-9 is acceptible. Europe 3-4 is enough.
by (1.9k points)
Not true. Some counties have lower ROAS. Either due to CPM and AOV or conversion rate. I have countries I like and countries I don't like to advertise to.

1000x. No less. On all products and verticals. Just put it in your smart campaign and sit back and count your profits. Oh yeah.

Funny, yes. The next please.

It depends on the area you're advertising in, and the niche. There is no number that applies equally for every area and niche. Even 2 places 100 miles, apart in the same country, can have different acceptable numbers for the same niche. The specific business can also matter. You're going to have to do the math for the specific situation.

Yes, I see) But want to understand why acceptable ROAS in Western countries is less than in mine)

Why I'm asking this is that I see ads like "In the past 36 months, we've tested more than 43, 287 Facebook Ads across 22 different industries - and as a result, we've found generating 3-5X ROAS comes down to one thing"

Depends on ur industry.

Once again. From a country to country profitable ROAS in the same industry differs. That is my practice. For USA ROAS 3-5 is ok. For RF is not. Because in this country economics is based on a short term profit.

SALE PRICE - COG - CPP = GP. ROAS can’t be looked at in isolation or it’s meaningless.

10X ROAS is good bro.
by (2.8k points)
Why then do they stress on 3-5x in their ads? ))

. what? It makes no sense to think about an “average ROAS” in terms of country, we should think about the market and mostly the profitability of the business we are running ☺️

It’s about your business, blackened, and LTV. We used to have to hit a 3. 0 to be profitable (back when we were paying for every purchase on the site). Now we make good money on a 1. 5. Margins and AOV are obviously huge factors as well.

Whatever ROAS makes you money is a good ROAS at scale.
by (1.9k points)
@deodar second this. Any ROAS where I'm breaking even is good enough for me, providing I have a business with repeat business. If I can acquire a customer at $0 profit, who is more likely than a person who hasn't purchased from me before I'm happy to acquire that customer and hopefully resell them at a profit in the future.

@braggart Exactly. Understanding the unit economics is key here.

It depends on the model. I've got a launch coming up where I will need 2. 3 ROAS to break even and target ROAS is 4. 0.

Every business is different. ROAS means nothing without knowing about the business model. some businesses require 1x or less due to excellent back end sales funnels. others require 7x or more. others cannot measure ROAS accurately so they don't bother and instead use CPA metrics. it all depends.
