CBO you can add minimum spend if you are worried about adsets not spending

I haven't tried this yet. Every time I start a new campaign with 4 different ad sets, whichever set gets a head start ends up eating the entire budget. If I have a budget of $40/day for this campaign, would you recommend setting the minimum to $5 or $10 for each of 4 adsets? I would be resetting the learning phase for the hundredth time. but at least I would know ALL the adsets are getting a fair chance

Hi! If I want to run a Facebook ad, that is both directed to my FB followers + a broader audience (people of a certain age with a certain interest), can I do this in the same ad or do I have to create 2 separate ad sets?

I read a lot of contradictions about this, but if you assume that your ad won't make 50 purchase conversions in a week, is it better to begin with optimizing for add to cart?
