Hey guys, how do you avoid "bad" clients? - What is your checklist before you accept a company as a client? Assuming they are willing to work with you. - How do you set up expectations? I learned last year that this can be crucial in terms of my own company success and a less stressful life . Thanks!

Qualifications across marketing materials. Forms with questions Spending tiers And expectations Tag lines during initial discovery (we need to assess if we are a good fit for your project, our skills dont work with all types of clients, in some cases we are not the best option for some customers. ) Read red flags, set expectation into the contract, tell them what they can expect form you and what their responsibilities are going to be (show up un time to meetings, provide information in timely matter, there is an schedule for all stages and if information is not delivered on time, they will get rescheduled and the project will be delayed out of our control, they have priority as they come, if they miss milestones, other customers are already scheduled and they will be put in the next available place in the line. ) If they are in economical stress you might not be the best fit.
