HELP: how do i contact facebook support? my account has reset its password, now they are sending the verification code to a number of mine that is no longer active. how can i tell them that my number is no longer active so i could logon to my business account?

It doesn’t sound good, you will likely need to send them some kind of Id, which may still not work if you don’t have access to the email or mobile for the account

Ok thanks. still i cant use this as my other account cant be accessed because of that code sending to unavailable phone number. i wonder if i message them using my active account
