Iv managed to get hold of some pallets and just placed them for now. what did u guys do underneath before laying them?

We put ours on our patio. Husband put a membrane down first.

I put planks n buts of wood to level them. Used some to make level base n strong planks to join them together

I would put a membrane down to stop the grass growing though. Make sure you treat all pallets or they will rot.

Kel, you’ll probably need to have a firm base eg flags or a wooden frame otherwise the pallets will be wonky, oh and membrane. I’d also suggest if you can, to treat the wood, our decking is on its way out as the wood wasn’t treated. X
