Lovely tree, looks tropical to me so I would go with that theme. I see that area for sitting in the shade and would start with some flooring? I would go for a colourful broken tile mosaic type thing. Could be a pattern or just random? Maybe add some ferns and other structural plants? Possibly a hammock? Also thinking some African wood art might be good? The possibilities are endless, have fun whatever you choose
