Best answer
Just painted all 30+ fence panels and the shed with Cuprinol. Brilliant paint with good coverage. Can splash a little as it’s very viscous and ‘gloopy’ so make sure you cover over any patio etc. Really pleased with the results!

Looks like you have even more than me! My advice is get yourself a fence roller, we got one from B&Q for about a fiver and it really sped up the process. We used a normal indoor paintbrush for the fiddly bits, we tried a big fence brush but it was rubbish! Happy painting, I’m sure it’ll look amazing

I used Ronseal on Saturday and had to go out and buy Cuprinol today as the Ronseal was awful. So watery. I used 15 litres to do about 11 panels of Ronseal. Used about 6 of cuprinol and done the 11 panels with another coat.

Water based paint washes of in rain over time. Oil based is best as it soaks into the wood and stay's longer.

Cuprinol all the way but get both coats on within 8 hours as the wax sets and then the paint will bead like rain water off of your freshly waxed car.
