Just don’t do what I did last year, I was struggling to drill the holes into the brick wall, then my plumbers turned up and said I had the drill in reverse, it was easy after they showed me how to change the drill back to normal!

Have you got a picture of the hanging basket bracket? Likely need to drill some 6mm holes (in line with the holes on the bracket), pop some wall plugs and then secure with screws.

You are correct. A drill with plug and screws to attach a bracket. You can then hang any basket. If you are not familiar, you can go on amazon for many bracket design (check the size to make sure your desired basket will fit)

For the plugs and screw, it is easier to buy them together so you don’t have to worry about “will the screw be too wide, too short” etc. When you drill, just make sure you drill deep enough (the length of the plastic bit (plug)

Can anyone give me any advice on how to fix my canopy (no idea if it has a real name ) it’s clearly seen better days and I have no issue with sanding it down to repaint but I think it’s just normal timber and I think one of its feet could do with been replaced.

Have tried google, but can’t seem to find the answer, so I turn to this group with what may seem like a dumb question, however if I grow tomatoes in a hanging basket, could I try any cordon/vine type tomato (eg indigo rose) and just let them trail and grow tomatoes upside down or does it need to b...

So my garden wall is a good height, however as you can see the ground on the other side of the wall is high so everyone walking past can see into my garden.
