Do you have any power at the bottom of your garden

@sir yes

Just get a tplink extender. You plug it in the power socket near your router and a cable comes from this into the router. The extender is then plugged into the socket down your garden and the signal is sent down your power cable. Easiest and cheapest way

Have you thought about moving your wifi to a differant area?

@boulder748 yes. My box is as far back as it can go in the house, but my garden is quite long.

If your with BT they do WiFi extenders or you can give your service provider a call and as for and extension off your master socket and move your router but bare in mind the position of your router in your house can be affected by frequencies or thickness in walls :)

Before that can be answered properly it would help to know why you want it to reach and how long your garden is? Happy to help if I can

@lemming19 thank you. It's about 40meters from the back of my house to the end of the garden. I live in an old Victorian with really thick walls.

@lemming19 there's also a plug socket in the garden if that helps at all

@nosedive52 well you got a couple of options, 1) if you got an old wireless router, you could have that down the garden if you got a shed to put it in then run an ethernet cable from one router to the other. They're tutorials online to turn old router into a wireless access point, that's what I did. 2) You could get a wireless repeater but don't think that will help if it's an old house, cable is king lol. Option 3 bare with me as I can't remember what they are called but you can get plugs for you electric socket to feed the network through, 1 goes in the house and the other in the socket down the garden similar to option 1 but without the long ethernet cable. Hope this helps, not great at explaining lol
