Anyone ordered from homebase and actually received there item? they took the money straight away! I know they are having issues with delivery etc but ive literally had no communication at all xx

I ordered paint on 31st March delivery was changed from 5 days to 10 days to end of April now ew email says another 3 weeks It’s ridiculous

I ordered some wallpaper like two days ago and it came the day after but got an email today saying they are experiencing delays with our package so I’m a bit confused

@cranium I’ve not received my stuff since 24th March and no response from Homebase or Refund, I’ve tried to email 5+ times, tried to call it just hangs up on you.

I ordered the beginning of April I’ve had one email to say it’s running late then another with a two hour delivery slot and it never came. I know things are difficult at the moment don’t get me wrong but other companies I’ve had deliveries from have been super efficient. They should update us or return our money

Me! I ordered 5 weeks ago and emailed them 6 times yet not recieved an email back. I understand compleatly there late with the circumstances but very poor on communication xxxx

I have, got an email day it was ment to be delivered saying they was 10 days behind, arrived a wk late. They are opening more stores for you to click and collect. I was given the option to change from delivery to collect, but left it at delivery.

I ordered five weeks ago. had an email last week saying it would be delivered by 26/04 and I would receive a text from courier 24hrs before. I’ve received nothing. Asked for a refund yesterday - no response.

Waited 10 days told wouldn't come at 10pm on day of delivery and would be refunded and nothing then email came that they were doing click and collect if we wanted to get or wait 4 weeks for delivery. Made the most of getting it as had to walk 2 miles each way not easy when you have back and leg problems. Glad we got ours though. Hope you get yours or like us emailed to click and collect. X

Ordered some fence paint over 4 weeks ago. They took the money straight away. Got an email last week saying it would be available to collect from a local store. Store manager rang to say it wasn’t in stock so I cancelled the order. Got a call from store 2 days later saying it was in stock! Told them I’d cancelled the order. Still waiting for a refund!

I've been waiting for 4 weeks for 5 tins of paint. They arranged for me to collect from the store any time between yesterday and Sunday (despite me paying for delivery). They then called me this morning to tell me they only have 1 of the paints I ordered. Disgusting service
