Hi all my front garden is not level at all its full of dips n bumpy. I don't want to use rollers as I believe they compress the ground too much. Can I just had compost to the bumps and rake it all over. Would that work? Eventually we will be getting driveway done jn few years but until then want it looking abut decent

I would level it first rake out the bumps then soil
