Hi eveyone, we dug our Concreate path and paving slabs up to make it safer for the kids. We have spent a fortune of composs and grass seeds they have been down a week now. Any idea when the grass will actully start to grow back over!?

Up to 30 days. Keep it moist. Don't tread on it. If you have animals, keep them off the seeded area. (Netting? )

We’re hoping to do the same with our garden and I wondered if t was possible to buy “turf” or similar that’s already grown in? Not even sure if such a thing exists

Would turf be a quicker option? We brought 50m2 for £120 so not expensive x

You must keep watering everyday and maybe put some scarecrow thing up to keep the birds from eating the seeds

It’ll start in about 2 weeks. We just did ours. We’ve had a bit of rain the last week so that helped a lot. So water every evening if the weather is dry.

You need netting over it to stop birds eating the seeds and water every day. Xx

. i'm currently seeding my grass under lock down and I would say 3 weeks to see any results, don't over feed, watch for the birds eating the seeds but do water with a grass feeder every 3 weeks x
