Hi I moved into a property with stones all over the garden I've raked the stones off as there's soil so hoping grass grows  question is how do I dispose of the stones or is there certain bags I can get to put them in etc?

Blue rubble bags (most DIY sheds stock them). You'll probably have to pay though - most tips seem to be charging for disposal of rubble etc. I agree with @christi2 - offer them to anyone who wants to pick them up. Freecycle/Freegle will hopefully be restarting soon, so they're options as well. Or if you have rooom, you could put the bags in your front garden with a sign.

@welcy79 people turn up with bags and help themselves you do nothing but watch

It kind of depends on what direction you want to take. Assuming you've got a barrow and an access that's wide enough, you could just barrow it out into a big pile and offer it on Freecycle to anyone who wants to bring their own bags/tubs. However, that does run the risk that you might end up with a big pile of stones in your garden for weeks.

Flip them over. Dig up all the soil and put to one side. Lay all the shingle back out and then put the soil over it

If your doing sny raised beds fir flowers gravel is great on top of your soil as it keeps weeds down and provides good drainage.
