I used one of the weed burner wand things so it wouldn't affect my dogs x

@bloater49 i had to get one as have 3 dogs and a lot of weeds! lol. i found burning them then digging whats left with a patio weeder works. so far so good since last summer x

Put a black binbag over them for 2 weeks no light kills them then they'll be easier to dig out with a butter knife

Not really, I do put boiling water on the areas regularly enough to keep the weeds at bay.

Well my dad used a flame torch on his! Instantly zapped them. No chemicals either.

Cup of vinegar, half cup salt, two tablespoons dish soap and one gallon of water put mix in sprayer works great.
