I have weeds in my garden and I want rid, but got a dog and a cat and can’t seem to find any pet friendly weed killer, any advice ?

Hand weed fork, spade hoe and some gloves and some elbow grease.

Don't use salt it will ruin the soil for anything else growing . Just pull it out and repeat as it grows

Salt vinegar and boiling water have all bn tried on docks and dandelions here and not touched them! in fact i have put boiling water on the same. 4. docks up my steps and they are still there

@incondite mix with washing up liquid it makes the salt stick to the leaves better soon kills them off

@roberge183 Douglas tried that as well they seem to be enjoying the attention ! First chance i get ill be back to shop bought weedkiller !

SALT best thing to use. It's just normal house hold salt just pour it over the weeds and let it do all the work

For the love of god do not put salt on things. It ruins the soil for anything else ‍♀️ just do some manual work and dig them up. It’s the most accurate and perfect friendly and earth friendly way - and it gets you out of the house during lockdown!

Most weed and feed is fine after a day or two. No great sacrifice to keep your pets off the grass for a couple of days.
