Looking for advise was advised on an earlier post to seal stencil path in with yacht varnish ! What is the best to use as I’m scared my work will be undone or go funny colour ? I have just to touch up couple of bits then seal ? *Stencil from dizzy duck Sandtex masonry paint No slabs old counsil path

Yacht varnish has a yellowish finish when it’s dry, great for dark colours but no good for light x

Beautiful, I’m sure you should make sure bone dry. It doesn’t usually take the paint off boats. Do a test on another part before trying on main part.

I have used wilko's yatch varnish when sealing a memory bench and was fab, no discolouring and good value x

Yacht varnish is suitable for wood. You’ll need something like this. I haven’t used it though, and can’t promise it won’t have a tinge of colour to it. Best to try in an inconspicuous area first.
