Yes we did it at my uncles, very good if done properly and you have help: we had a bbq there and all the lads got digging, the grandkids in the family use the trampoline endlessly and so much less worry than if they were on a raised one

Ours is a regular trampoline , hole dug out 10 years ago. Two trampolines later and this one needs replaced. Best thing we ever spent on though!
