They can tolerate shade but flower best in sun. Keep an eye on it, they can be rather hungry and thirsty plants.

@hawkinson thankyou Joanne. Have planted in but will see how it fares and keep an open mind. The soil shouldn't be a problem. Its more the amount of sun. Fingers crossed ☀️ x

Definitely sun! The more sun the better, if you decide to plant it in the garden they don’t like to be planted deep.

@frick eek. Its in the border now ‍♀️ will monitor it but have a feeling I will be moving it. Any advice for growing it in a pot? X

West facing gets sunset lots of sun in the summer!
