I’ll try to hunt it out. It’s the same weigh if fruit to sugar, grated fresh ginger and lemon but I will find the amounts for you.

Have a look in the library, then if the book is any good you could buy it somewhere, save buying a book, then being disappointed.

I'd like to have a go at growing rhubarb. Is it fairly easy? How do you know when it's ready to pick? Sorry jumping on your post but I see lots of experts here

Stew some rhubarb, sweetner and ground ginger, on a simmer, for about 2hrs so it becomes thick. The flavour is great and it's lovely warm, over vanilla ice cream. Rhubarb Vodka, rhubarb cookies, rhubarb jam enjoy whatever you make. Xo
