Once they flower they soon die off till next uear

Ours has went the same don't know if it's something in air quite a few plants are weird this year

Is it watered enough? Top shouldn't be dry

The blooms are finishing and the fresh green foliage is coming through. My pink one is the same, but the red and white ones are still good.

On any plant, bulb, annuals etc, the minute the flower starts to die, all the plants energy is put into the dying dead flower. Obviously to produce seeds etc. It’s then ( and it can be laborious) finger and thumb you pinch off (dead head) the flowers. As you continue as and when they die, more energy is in the plant to reproduce a miniature second flush and also give energy back to the plant for next year.

Mine when the same I gave it a good water and moved it out of direct sun and its coming back

Ours went the same just didn’t bloom properly We think it could of been because of the dry weather
