Please can anyone tell me if my fuchsia has had it or am I being impatient ? Only it's 2nd year

Ok so I've just cut it right back , it's very easy to snap and no green in the branches

I would probably prune it right down, then water with feed.

Rub ur thumb on the branches if its green its alive

Cut it down to about an inch see if it grows. Mine done this and now it's shooting again

Snap a piece off, if there’s green inside it’s alive
